The staples every Indian kitchen keeps: the rice, the dals, the flours, the ghee. Every pack named plainly, with its weight wherever the catalogue carries one.
Whole spices, ground blends for a named dish, and the pickles and chutneys that finish a plate. The weight is on the card wherever the pack carries one.
Mithai by the box, and the murukku, mixture and chikki that go beside a cup of tea. What it is on every card, and what it weighs wherever the catalogue says.
Chai patti and coffee, the leaf and the powder, and the premixes that make one cup. Green and herbal blends beside them.
The pans an Indian kitchen cooks in, and the steel it stores and serves in: cast iron, pressure cookers, dabbas, thalis.
Start from what is going in the pan tonight. Each one is a search across the whole shop, so it finds the spice, the grain and the pan together.
